It is ideal if your business is newer and you want to tidy up one area properly before things get busier, or if you are ready to establish stronger systems before the backend starts to feel out of control. It is also a great fit for established businesses where things are mostly working, but one niggling issue keeps taking up more time and headspace than it should.

For when the backend needs a bigger-picture review
The Operational Reset is a deeper strategic intensive for business owners who know their backend needs more than a quick tidy-up.
This is for the woman whose business is working, but not as smoothly as it should. You might be juggling too many manual steps, unclear workflows, scattered tools, inconsistent client processes, or support that still needs too much direction from you.
