As a mindset coach I help you change the way you think and feel about yourself in order to achieve your goals.
I teach you how to shift your focus from negative to positive thoughts, and how to stay motivated even when things get tough.
We work on aligning your vision and goals for life and business, overcoming the obstacles, such as limiting beliefs, self sabotage, and setting a proven strategy to keep you moving forward.
During this process, as a Neuro Linguistic Practitioner (NLP), beyond a coach who aids you to recognise your blocks and obstacles, we can delve deeper, we can identify the root cause, which once we remove will result in a longer lasting, more successful transformation.
In life we build habits, belief systems, and stories that are often based on influences from family, friends, society and life experiences. By the time you're an adult, you can hold very definite views on just about everything. When we take the time to explore and examine these systems, we bring them from our un-conscious to our conscious to allow ourselves to remove beliefs that no longer serve us and build in new beliefs that support our values and goals for the future.
My aim is to support you to identify your absolute vision, use tools and techniques that create successful outcomes and lead to a more fulfilling life and business.

Emma is an established Mindset and Direction Coach, taking clients on a journey that not only identifies their limiting or sabotaging behaviours but she also uses her neuro-linguistic programming skills to remove them, create alignment, and then a strategy for lasting transformation in life and business.
As a mum living the juggle of family and business, having been through times of burnout and overwhelm, her passion is providing other mums with the tools to live their best life now.

Today I spoke with Em about how I can better help my ideal clients in regards to the services I offer. I also mentioned my limiting belief around self worth and confidence and how I’ve been struggling with this most of my life.
When then dived into an exercise of re-writing this limiting belief and how I can replace it with a new belief. This was absolutely enlightening to experience as I now have a tool to help me when this belief pops up again.
