I’m Emma, founder of Em & Co Consulting, and I’ve spent more than 20 years working in operations, leadership, and building systems that actually work in real life.
I also understand the juggle firsthand. I know what it is like to run a business while carrying family life, admin, client work, and all the invisible moving parts that no one else sees.
